Scalable Solutions

Using AWS, the team built out a solution for the telehealth provider that scaled to provide telehealth services in all 50 states. Using continuous integration, automated testing and deployment pipelines, the team was able to rapidly develop, test and deploy features as the business scaled.

Integrations

As part of the telehealth technologies, we integrated the customer software solution with the following systems:

Athena - The patient intake system was developed to sync booked appointments from the intake site into Athena. The Clinician Dashboard synced visit notes into encounter notes in Athena.
Salesforce - Appointment statuses' were synced regularly between Athena, intake and Salesforce. This allowed the patient services team to manage appointment communications effectively. Referral patients and partially-completed intakes were synced to Salesforce for marketing related communications.
